  • Security: Collateral often required for T2 & T3; e.g., financed vehicles can be used as collateral .

  • Starting or expanding micro/small business across sectors including agriculture, services, e‑commerce .

  • Education and skill-development loans (e.g., vocational, technical training) .

  • Financing agricultural production, livestock, machinery, vehicle purchase .

  • Youth Laptop Scheme 2025: 100,000 merit- and need-based laptops through Digital Youth Hub .

  • Broader youth initiatives under PM Shehbaz Sharif including tech training, device distribution, and creation of a National Youth Council.
